Return & Refund Policy

At Bodtag-Powered by S2 Info System, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You receive an incorrect product
  • The item is non-functional on arrival (Dead on Arrival – DOA)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned with original packaging, accessories, user manuals, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used ink/toner cartridges
  • Software licenses or digital downloads
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at orders@bodtag.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images.
  2. Our team will verify the request and guide you on the return shipping process.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will also refund the shipping charges.
